Description

Working as a Shift Supervisor in AIT Shop (ASC).

Supervising Assembly and Integration activities in AIT Shop.

Adhering to safety norms and ensuring that the working team follows the safety compliance in shop.

Handling contract manpower in shop and ensuring smooth execution of activities in shop, ensuring discipline and punctuality.

Adhering to plan/schedule in shop to meet delivery targets.

Deploying manpower as per requisite skills on critical job activities to ensure correctness of work , also in specified time duration.

Striving for cycle time reduction and 100% First time right (FTR) in daily shop activities.

Participation in team initiatives like Unnati, Kaizen and QCFI events, and other quality improvement programs.

Sub-ordinate development by conducting trainings for juniors/ subordinates.

Involvement in skill development of self as well as subordinates.
